Payment – Payment is required upon checkout.
Satisfaction Guarantee – If something is not right with your order, or you aren’t completely satisfied with the products you purchase from us, let us know! We’ll make it right, and if we can’t, we’ll provide a full refund.
Bagel “Aftercare” Instructions – Ideally, we want you to sell out of bagels every day! In the event that does not happen, the best way to keep bagels for future use is to seal them in an air-tight container (e.g., Ziplock bag) and store them in the freezer. To serve, remove bagels from their container and place on a baking sheet in a 350-degree oven for 10-15 minutes. They’ll be (almost!) as good as new.
Order Minimum – The daily order minimum is $24.00. Order minimums are waived for customers who pay the delivery fee.
Delivery Fee – The daily delivery fee is $20.00 for customers in Aspen, Carbondale, and Glenwood Springs. Delivery fees are waived for customers who meet the daily order minimum.
Pickup Orders – Order minimums and delivery fees are waived for customers who pickup wholesale orders directly from our bakery at 20 Sunset Drive, Unit 4, Basalt.
Promotional Materials Orders – Wholesale customers shall publicly display at least one of the promotional materials provided by Open Sesame. Materials can be downloaded from the account dashboard page.
